Had about two phone interviews before getting scheduled to come in the office to meet with the team. Usually, if you get invited to a face to face interview you most likely got the job as long as you don't wear cut up jeans to the building. The people at BAH are really nice and down to earth so they will do most of the talking. Just make sure you know what you are talking about and how you, your experience documented on your resume, and the job responsibilities are all a good fit.
Very laid back. Great group of people to work for. They’re most focused on fit and personality and then technical. If you’re a hard worker and looking to be honest should be no problem.

Fairly straight forward, general concepts tested along with proficiency related to key cybersecurity best practices and tools that are popularly used. Not a stressful interview process. Mostly behavioral and fit questions.
