Overall the interview process was very quick. A recruiter reached out to me and a few days later an interview was scheduled. Next day after the interview, an offer was made.

easy interview, know etl tools and basics of data engineering, sql python are a must. knowing aws is a plus. Databricks experience is recommended. Only one interview and the decision is made

Easy and fast. it took about a week and half from applying online to getting an offer. The technical interviewer were curtous. However, there seemed to be some disconnect between technial staff and local recruiter.
