Pretty easy, just make sure to be clear on what you're looking for in your role and you'll get aligned to a good project within your area of expertise. Everyone is aligned based on their expertise, so even if you aren't 100% sure what that is yet just be sure to highlight your skills.

Had an initial phone interview followed by a virtual interview with 3 people. Overall the experience was good. Great communication from recruiter, and good interviewers. I heard back from the team within a week regarding the offer.
