There was a phone screening process and you are assigned someone to help go over your resume, salary questions, and process. Then, there was an initial interview where I spoke with my potential team virtually (due to Covid) which lasted roughly and hour.

My interview questions pertained to the project I’d be working on since I was applying for a specific position. However, I gears the interview more towards asking them about the company, project, and culture.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
