360 interview where the hiring manager interviews you first then the entire team. The last round was with a VP.
It was a generally straight forward interview.
It’s probably one of the best interviews I had as interview with the team allowed me to get to know the people I was hired to lead.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
