There were two 15 min interviews back to back. The first would have been with the team only one was out of town, one was present, the other on the phone with us. The second person took me before we had officially finished, it was one person who asked a lot of similar questions as the other. The atmosphere was very friendly and I felt like I nailed the interviews. The first team told me twice “That’s exactly the answer we look for.” The second person said “No one ever answers that question right, and you just did.” They were hiring for eight positions and I thought I would surely get one of them, however, they told my recruiter that while my interview was fine “other candidates had better profiles”.

The interview was very formal and very organized. I was with 13 other people interviewing for the same position. We all got interviewed individually by one of seven senior staff members at a time. You are asked the same questions but phrased differently.
