I was referred to Booz Allen through a friend that works there. He submitted my resume to his team and within a few days I was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter asked basic questions about my background and gave me a general overview of what to expect at the interview. My interview lasted two and a half hours. I was interviewed one-at-a-time by a group of five people, with each person being given approximately 30 minutes. These were all people that either worked on the team I would be on, or frequently worked with members of the team. Some of them asked specific questions about my background and how I would handle certain situations, and some of them asked more social questions to try to gauge my personality and how I would fit in. Overall it was a fairly stressful, but good, interview experience.
