Met a guy from school that worked at Booz Allen. Recruiter reached out and set up an interview. Went to the main office in McLean and was interviewed with about 50 other people. Mostly Consultants I think. I sat down with three people and they all asked easy questions.

Question 1
No really difficult questions. Just stuff about my background and experiences.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
