J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booz Allen Hamilton en févr. 2012
Entretien
I had an Initial phone interview with a recruiter who was screening me for the position. It turns out that they under estimated the level of expertise they would need for the position so she initially said they wouldn't be able to afford my salary. They quickly realized that their need does require someone with more experience so they calle me back. Within 2-days I had an in-person interview with three members of the project team. The interview was tough as they are structuring an entire new team to manage one of the largest projects the company has ever undertaken. Their final decision is pending a final interview with the hiring VP, which I hope to have this week. So far, I like everything about this mid-sized company except that they have a benefits package typical of a small company. For example there is a flat rate of earning Personal Time Off (PTO) so everyone - even senior staff - gets 3 weeks per year as opposed to a tiered earning scale where more senior staff earns more leave initially in addition to all staff increasing their leave with each year of service. This is an important benefit if you want to attract more senior level staff who are with larger companies where they're currently earning 5 weeks a year (for example).

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I interviewed with members of the team, the hiring manager and department lead. These were three separate interviews, of course. The team interview was more of a panel interview style which is also the most nerve-wracking for me, personally.
