First steps is the online application. After that, it was a phone interview with four basic STAR questions with two hiring managers on the phone call. Very simple, standard questions. About three weeks later, I received an email with an offer.
It was a 15 min. We had a discussion in both english and japanese. they ask many questions in that time. it wasnt as bad as we thought. they're kind and easy going
My Boeing Supply Chain Intern interview covered a mix of technical, behavioral, and situational questions. We discussed problem-solving in supply chain operations, teamwork experiences, and process improvement strategies. The interviewer assessed my analytical thinking, communication skills, and industry knowledge. Overall, the conversation was structured, engaging, and a great learning experience.

One 30 mins camera off Webex, some intro questions, some STAR behavioral questions, reflect on your experiences involved at school, previous internships, projects, etc. Overall the interview was not too difficult.
