Standard 4 questions in the STAR format. Its very important to be detailed and have specific instances from your past experience. Generalized answers will not work well. Be prepared to have more than one instance just in case you need to use the same example for a similar question.

Entretien
One initial interview with HR, online and one small panel in person interview. The interviews were one week apart and basic situational questions. The process was efficient and I received my offer two days after my interview person interview.
Entirely telephone and virtual -- NEVER with eventual manager. MY BAD!!!! As it turned out, the job was MUCH more of an expediter position than anything about PM. There was never any disclosure that the experience of the "manager" was in car sales -- no real PM experience himself. I should have insisted on talking with some of the people actually in this job role.
There was only one round of interviews with the hiring manager. He asked basic behavioral questions. Read the job description and know your résumé. Three to four questions. Answer all questions in STAR method.
