The process was very easy and straightforward. I applied and a few months later got a call from the manager wanting to conduct a phone interview on the spot. He just asked about 4 or 5 behavioral questions. Then opened up to my questions.

Describe a time when you have dealt with a difficult person. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
It was a 15 min. We had a discussion in both english and japanese. they ask many questions in that time. it wasnt as bad as we thought. they're kind and easy going
My Boeing Supply Chain Intern interview covered a mix of technical, behavioral, and situational questions. We discussed problem-solving in supply chain operations, teamwork experiences, and process improvement strategies. The interviewer assessed my analytical thinking, communication skills, and industry knowledge. Overall, the conversation was structured, engaging, and a great learning experience.

One 30 mins camera off Webex, some intro questions, some STAR behavioral questions, reflect on your experiences involved at school, previous internships, projects, etc. Overall the interview was not too difficult.
