The first cut is through the general intern program manager, who reviews all the submitted resumes. He them passes them off to the individual project managers who can pick out of that resume pool

The interview was straight forward and consisted of STAR format questions. It was fairly relaxed and there were multiple interviewers. I believe there were 3 or 4 questions total. Similar experience to other engineering intern interviews.
