Interview consisted of a panel of 5 people and was a quick process. Each person asked a question and I was expected to answer in a star format. There was a document provided to me beforehand to explain the process. The interview was quick and easy and performed over teams.

Entretien
I applied to multiple Analyst roles within Boeing. I didn't hear back for over 2 months, and had assumed that I would be getting an auto-decline email eventually. Instead, I received an email asking if I was available to interview the following afternoon. Boeing has a very specific interview structure, asking situational/behavioral questions that need to be answered in S.T.A.R format. Information regarding Boeing's interview format was provided to me via email after my interview time was confirmed and the hiring manager explained the interview format and expectations in detail upon arrival. I received a call from the hiring manager within a couple hours of leaving my interview letting me know they would be extending an offer, with a heads up that it was contingent on background checks, etc. I received an offer the following Monday and accepted a negotiated offer on Thursday of the same week.

(2) two round of interviews - 1st one virtual, second one onsite.. Just prepare some stories for STAR based questions - usually 5 questions asked. Each interview lasted for about an hour.
