Applied online, then received an email follow-up. Initial call with recruiter, follow-up phone call test/interview with a Solutions Manager, then a phone interview with the Solutions Director. Final interview is on-site with Solutions Manager, then call from recruiter with offer. Offer is conditional upon outcome of background check, which is very intensive, requiring verification of employment records and education records listed on resume, as well as the standard criminal background check. All events were roughly a week apart.

2 rounds of interviews followed by salary negotiations with HR. First round was by a couple of Solution Architects/Enterprise Solution Architects and second round by the Practice Director. It was a walk-in interview with one day prior notice. Questions were workex based on topics like inventory management, demand planning and sales & operations.
