J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bitpanda en janv. 2022
Entretien
The first interview was a very basic conversation with an HR employee on past working experience.
Second interview was with the Head of the Department, again on past experiences and on motivation.
Third interview again with the Head of the Department and with a Operator of the Department. They asked technical questions on blockchain/cryptos, equities and risk management. Questions were very basic and I had the impression that no one there knew what the answer should have been.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
On the second interview, a question was "what motivated you to apply for this job". On the third interview, questions were like "what would you do after you realised that the day before you left the position unhedged", "how a bitcoin is mined", "would you still allow clients to trade a stock, whose trading was halted".
Hi there - thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback! We're sorry it didn't work out, but we thank you for your interest in Bitpanda and the time you dedicated to your application. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

Entretien
30min HR interview with questions about experience and motivations. Interview with 2 Trading Operations Specialists about financial markets, basic knowledge questions. Both went well as per their feedback but someone with more experience went into the next round, so not sure why they put me into the process and only interviewed with people with less experience than the actual role.

Question 1
What is a stock split? Why is it done? How we calculate/measure pnl? Being short/long, what is riskier? Why a stock is halted? How to hedge positions?
