Recorded interview through HireVue and cognitive test. Then a virtual interview with standard interview questions. This was with the regional sales director and a former member of the ACAS team. The questions were a bit difficult. Be ready to answer situations questions. Then a 20 minute presentation. Still ongoing in the interview process.

Interviewed in NSW. Disconnect between what the manager said during interview versus the recruiter’s claims regarding bonuses, role expectations, etc. Felt as though the recruiter was upselling the role rather pushily with me. I asked lots of questions regarding the role and training period, which the recruiter referred to during the final outcome call as “requiring lots of assurance”.
Technical interview was odd, with network issues causing difficulty in hearing the instructions.
Role sounded very exciting, but high turnover is a red flag. Was warned about long hours, difficult doctors and apparently a newly instated sales bonus cap is a good thing.
