The interview had three discussions eith various internal stakeholders as well as a technical task that I was allowed to complete on my own time. The interview process in my mind was nice and I felt I was treates with honesty and respect.

First interview with hiring manager and one team member. A few technical questions but nothing too hard. Communication after interview was incredibly bad. They said they'd get back to me within a week, two max. After I haven't heard anything back after 4 I reached out to HR. Twice. Still no answer. Of course, by the time you already know the answer. But ghosting candidates is pretty disrespectful. Certainly the last time I applied to Bayer.
