The procedure took more than 2 months. There was a numerical test that took 1h or more. It's not hard at all if you can score GMAT 600. But the interview alone took more than 3 hours, or say a day, with multiple sections. So if you apply for an intern you should really consider carefully. The interview started with a 10-min self-introduction presentation, which you have to prepare in advance. However, the questions they asked were standard and had nothing to do with what you said before. So don't expect an interactive, mutual communication, same for other sections. Overall, the interviewers stayed very serious and the feedback was not constructive as if they weren't listening. All the information shared from their side were long-pages which you could rephrase in 3 sentences. Be prepared for all those annoying things and good luck!
