Phone interview, then on site. 2 rounds of in person interviews on the same day. Very relaxed. Hr is slow to get back but will get back , long process of background tests and drug tests

Why bayer? What is a challenge you have had to deal with in your past?
Easy, very friendly and trying to help me out in every step of the process. Actually, it was more like a friendly conversation. And even though, when I finished the interview, I knew i was sucessful, which helps a lot with the resolution anxiety

Really friendly vibe, open but also serious. Not only questions in line with the format but also general. Interest in learning why you want the position and not only the qualifications.
