First I had an interview with HR via Skype and then an assessment center at bayer which lasts 3/4 hours. First they talk about the company and they make you do a group activity where you have to agree on 5 objects to take with you to a desert island, then a simulation where you speak in english to a client regarding a short-paid invoice, an accounting exam where they show you a P&L and you have to look for any adjustments to do and finally an individual interview with the technical team.
