Entretien
Had a phone screen with human resources manager who was very pleasant and courteous. the interview was for 30 minutes. The questions were brief. They summarized the position requirements. The wanted to confirm if offered I am able to live in a new state, whether my family was committed, if I was committed and if I had any questions about the position and with remuneration package.
A positive experience overall, friendly interviewers, made me feel good. Maybe a little too good to the point I was shocked that I didn’t get an offer and they decided to go with the other candidate.

Entretien
Many interviews, can be long and they often have preselected internal candidates. They have you do a fair amount of preparation on your end and didn’t seem as prepared on their end.
One general question regarding the interest on applying to Bayer and 2 specific questions on the CV. In the end, the next recruitment steps were showcased. I had a good experience overall.
