After meeting recruiters at an event, I was emailed to apply to their internship program. It was casual, with two professionals around my age in two different positions that I was interested in. I was asked both behavioral and personal questions, from "my biggest weakness" to what the difference between an array and linked list was.

One interview, combination of technical and behavioral. They said I'd hear from them within a week but didn't get a rejection until over a month later. They were very nice during the interview but I wasn't prepared
