Interview consisted of an email from the recruiter asking me to answer a few questions. I contacted her a week later and she informed me sh had been busy but then scheduled a brief phone screening. I was then scheduled for an interview for both the Quality Associate and Manufacturing Supervisor position. I then had a 30 minute tour and 5 30 minute interviews with the Quality Manager and Director, Manufacturing Manager and Director, and an HR representative. After the interview I was informed I was being made an offer, but it was below what I discussed as my range I discussed with the recruiter. I eventually accepted the offer however, as there was no room for negotitation when I tried.

Lengthy. Its takes average of 2 months from application to last interview. Overall good experience. Be prepared for a lot of situational questions. I didn’t end up getting the position but the phone screening,zoom interview and panel interview were all positive experiences and I definitely feel more prepared for future interviews.
