A month-long interview process that required 3 interviews before being rejected. Then, when re-applying, I was told that I was not a candidate anymore without any additional follow-up or context. A very frustrating process as they do give you a start date, but then will reject you within the 2 week window that you would normally be putting in your 2 weeks.

Clearly we can do better and we are committed to that. We will take this feedback into account as we review the interview process for these roles moving forward to ensure it has the right balance of personal interaction with the team.

It was definitely a longer process than other interviews, but everyone was very kind and genuinely wanted to try and see if I would be a good fit. You first do an interview in which you record yourself answering specific questions (through software they provide). After that, you do two interviews, and each interview consists of two interviewers.
