Lastly, if they are not going to go ahead with you, you will be ghosted by both BNP and external recruiter unless you reach out.

just one stage interview. really a conversation, a few questions about sql, about data, few competency based. nothing weird, standard questions, not really much to prepare beforehand. pretty easy interview

the panel is very supportive and comfortable experience was there. they were guiding all through the process. company policy also good. the role is well aligned with job description. and no requirements of any tech background.
