Well, if BNP wants to hire an unpaid internship for this role, why should they organize a professional interview? I know one recruitment agent who charges job seekers's at least 6000AUD for abtaining an internship opportunity in Sydney. And the hired internship in BNP is from that agent. I am not sure if there is any grey money between BNP and the agent. Ridiculous, someone has to pay for work for BNP?
