First round is with the hiring manager. Talk about past work experience and what the team is looking for. Then it's with the group head. Again talk about past experience and some specific projects done in the past. Finally with HR to talk about salary and etc

The HR set up online interview and then manager interview followed by. During the interview, the senior manager mentioned the team worked as a family and people called each other at mid-night to get the work done. Claiming this is not a transactional work where you log in at 9 and log off at 5. At that point, I know I wouldnt want this job at all. Good luck to those who work till midnight.

The hiring process took several weeks and was primarily focused on the role and relevant experience. Overall, the process was smooth and well organized. I received an offer shortly after completing the interviews.
