Applied Online. Process took nearly two weeks. Very Basic Phone interview with an IA. In-person interview with 2 IAs and a job offer on the spot from Branch Manager. Negotiate the salary(base) up front with branch manager, bring in any sales experience and previous pay stubs to back it up.
