One in person interview with the manager and an on the spot basic Excel test with sorting, pivot tables, etc. This was before the pandemic so the process has definitely changed now.

Applied online and received mail from Hr a week later. Had just one interview in Naperville,Illinois in their operations center with the hiring manager and team coordinator. They did not ask me even one question in the interview. It did not even get the feeling that it is an interview. I went in with 4 years of experience in banking operations and they were not even interested in knowing anythjng about my experience . The hiring manager was the only person talking on and on about his team, work culture , benefits, lunch rooms, dress code, work timings etc etc. It was not a professional interview. I asked them 12 questions at the end of session and for few questions he gave an irrelevant answer and I was just laughing to myself. Then the hiring manager said, I am over qualified for this position just by reading my resume and said, there is another internal candidate that they are considering. Why did they call me for an interview if they think that they don't want to give an opportunity for a candidate who is having 4 years of experience and also when they have this internal employee in their mind for this position and waste my time and their time as well.
