7 questions regarding scheduling, availability and location.
I applied online and got an email for an online interview. The interview was not hard but if you do not prepare for questions in advance you may not have good answers with proper situations.

They asked 3 questions and you had 3 minutes to respond to each with 30 seconds for prep time. One question asked how you went above and beyond for a customer.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
