A lengthy process that lasts two months. First phone screen with a lady who is very nice, she provided me with some positive feedbacks and said she will recommend me to the hiring manager. It took months to finally have a one-on-one interview with the HR manager at BMO headquarter. The process was smooth with some standard questions. No surprises. Overall it's an easy but lengthy interview process.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
