I submitted my resume and cover letter thru bmo website and after 2 weeks I got an email requesting for a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted by AON Hewitt for about 30 minutes. Be prepared for a behavioural focused interview. 3 days later, I received an email requesting for a panel interview. Questions asked mostly a combination of job skills and behavioural focused interview questions. A week later I received another email requesting for 2nd in person interview with VP. The interview went well and was promised to get a call for a verbal offer. However, a week later I was told that they hired someone from internal.
