First round interview: HR phone interview asking general questions like tell me about yourself and why you want to work in BMO.
Second round interview: Face to face interview in the headquarters asking behavioural questions like how did you handle a conflict and what is your understanding of the job.
Got offer and arrange start day right after the second round of interview.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
