      I found the job via indeed about two weeks ago and received a call from the interviewing company about Thursday night asking if I had 30 minutes for a interview. I asked to reschedule for the following day at noon and they did. I don't know what the outcome of the interview is as yet. This was my first conversation with them. They said they would contact me in 7 days to let me know if they would do a interview in person. Update* So they did contact me the following week to do a in person interview. The whole process took about 4 weeks. I received an offer. For the in person interview, I was interviewed by two persons. They were very nice and made me comfortable. The interview was like a discussion.

      I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

      Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
