The interview process was of a moderate difficulty level — not too hard, but engaging enough to test relevant skills. Each stage moved along quickly, showing great coordination and organization. The recruiters and hiring manager were well-spoken, approachable, and made the experience comfortable and professional from start to finish. Overall, it felt well-structured and positive.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
