I found the interview process straight forward. The interviewer was very friendly and told me upfront that they had a list of questions to ask and follow-up on and the whole interview lasted no more than 30 minutes.

Laborious, way too many stages. I hate the current trend of having three stage interviews. Filling up word limit now. Still filling it. Still doing it. Jesus. Still going. Thirty words is way too many.

After the initial application stage (CV and questions), you're invited to an online assessment which consists of a numerical/behavioural test and interactive interview. The final stage is the assessment centre. This consists of a group interview, individual interview, presentation task and a written task.
