Discussion with HR to determine whether you are good fit for the role. You will get interviewed by the top level consultants at the second interview. There will be a 3rd interview the top level managers.

Question 1
1st: HR interview around the concept of why you would like to work for them. Basic questions about your resume and qualifications.
2nd: Understand your QA technical stuff. The types of testing, regression, integrated testing. Some behavioral questions like talking about how you were able to overcome a challenge at your place of work. Be able to discuss automation tools. Understand Dev Ops concepts and be ready to answer scripting questions on SQL.

Entretien
Three rounds, one with sr members in the team, one with managers of the team, and the final one with partners.
Had great conversations with all of them, however kind of painful dealing with HR. I managed to reach the final round and got the rejection letter the next day. Asked for some detailed feedback (which I personally think it's fair to ask as I personally invested a lot of time in it as well) but NO reply at all..not even something like 'sorry we cannot provide that'...simply ignoring it..

Phone call and FTF Interview and there was a 30 min writing portion for Test cases
The interviewer did not look excited and you can tell right away if you passed or not based on the way SWC handles interviews. Still works with waterfall mentality.
