As part of the assessment day, the interview was with around 20 minutes with a senior manager. It was after a group discussion task, but before both the presentation and writing task. It was quite structured (he read the questions off a booklet and wrote my answers/highlighted some stuff). It is normal for graduates and school leavers to be assessed together - I was the only school leaver, the others were graduates. (7 total)

The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
