It was over the phone since I couldn't be in town for it. They were very polite and helped me feel very comfortable. They had asked me general questions but it was mostly conversation and the manager talking about what BDO culture is. They spoke to me about the stages of application and what it would be like to work there as an intern. There was a senior manager and a senior associate present.
