I attended the assessment day which consisted of a group exercise, presentation and interview. Interviewers were lovely, asked questions based on technical competencies I.e "tell us a of a time when you lead a team.." Etc. 16 people attended the assessment day and during the group task you are expected to work together to negotiate and produce an outcome agreed by all parties.
