It was straight forward. A clear process, which was outlined as expected. I was not messed around. I was updated as promised. Not much more to report to be honest!

I had a group interview with maybe 10 people, we were initially all in a group together are were given some information then we all went into separate rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they asked the typical questions

Asked us to pick an item from the catalogue and sell it to them.
Did a walk of the shop.
Had to do a team building exercise with other candidates which was observed.

The group part was all about team work but this was in 2013 or so so can't confirm this is still the case
