Entretien
The interview process was not too difficult. Took 1 HR screen and 3 interviews with analyst, associate, and Managing director. Pretty basic interview process nothing too complicated definitely easier than bulge bracket and boutique bank interviews
2 behavioral rounds, 1 technical round, 2 excel tests. It took about 2 weeks after my final round to get the offer. The excel tests are very important, since most of the job is modeling and auditing models.

What would an expense be during the liquidation process.
This process was simple and straightforward, 2 rounds. First was a basic HR screen, then the 2nd round was 2 back to back 30 minute interview with members of the group.
