First round with HR, then a few current associates, then the senior analyst, and finally with the director of research. Mostly through phone calls. Then did a modeling exercise and presentation of a stock pitch.
It was pretty normal process for a first round. Recruiter reached out quickly after for a second-round. All behavioral questions. Expecting more technicals + stock pitch for the second round
