J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk

I was introduced to autodesk through an employee referral, I immediately got a call the next day from the HR and was asked to meet the Hiring Manager the same day. I was quite puzzled and managed to talk to the Manager about my past experience, portfolio, what i love to do and other stuff. He was quite Ok and said to me that they will send me a task and I need to send a solution within 5 days.
I worked on the task and have sent the Wireframes,Visual Designs and Prototype of the Application. Later after 5 days the Hr got back to me and arranged a task review round with one of the Lead User experience designer. This review meeting was pidy cool and the lead was very sensible and chilled out..He appreciated my Visual designs though and said the Hr will get back to me. Then later i had a round with the Lead Product Manager and after that with the final HR where most of the questions were asked and was very cool though. There was a long waiting period to receive the offer letter and finally it took around 50 days of time frm the day i got the first call to receive an offer. Be Patient Guys...!

According to usability stand point that had a major impact. How would you manage to communicate the situation to Engg or get this change across.?

Interview with hiring manager, design activity, and round with product team. The design activity was not great as it was very much focused on their product. Also it as a takeaway task.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (Toronto, ON) en déc. 2021
Entretien
The overall process took ~1.5 months including Christmas break in the middle. A typical interview structure that filters candidates down: screening-> hiring manager ->panel presentation -> 1:1s.
Everyone I talked to was super supportive and professional which left me a good impression of the company.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (Portland, OR) en janv. 2018

Working with recruiter was uneventful. First and second interviews were phone and panel interviews that were also uneventful. 3rd was ½ day meet the teams followed by a design exercise. Team was all white men. It was between myself and one other candidate, who was a man (I know because the person who referred me told me later). I didn’t get the job and when I asked why the hiring manager said they were worried I wouldn’t understand the technology.
We had discussed during interview process that I have experience literally using their product as a robotics coach and when in R&D lab at Intel designing and building prototypes.
I advise caution if you are a woman or POC. They didn’t even understand that having said what they did to me is an HR nightmare.
