J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (Toronto, ON) en août 2023
Entretien
Interview with hiring manager, design activity, and round with product team. The design activity was not great as it was very much focused on their product. Also it as a takeaway task.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (Toronto, ON) en déc. 2021
Entretien
The overall process took ~1.5 months including Christmas break in the middle. A typical interview structure that filters candidates down: screening-> hiring manager ->panel presentation -> 1:1s.
Everyone I talked to was super supportive and professional which left me a good impression of the company.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (Portland, OR) en janv. 2018
Entretien
Working with recruiter was uneventful. First and second interviews were phone and panel interviews that were also uneventful. 3rd was ½ day meet the teams followed by a design exercise. Team was all white men. It was between myself and one other candidate, who was a man (I know because the person who referred me told me later). I didn’t get the job and when I asked why the hiring manager said they were worried I wouldn’t understand the technology.
We had discussed during interview process that I have experience literally using their product as a robotics coach and when in R&D lab at Intel designing and building prototypes.
I advise caution if you are a woman or POC. They didn’t even understand that having said what they did to me is an HR nightmare.
