Participated in group exercises. A problem was set and we had to navigate between potential solutions and try to convince the others that your solution is the right one.

The first stage of the process comprised a traditional online application form. The second was a two part online test (verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning). On passing these a telephone interview was conducted. Despite what I have read on elsewhere online the interviewer was very pleasant and clearly audible. The questions were standard competency based ones.

After I submitted my resume on the company website, I got an email invitation to schedule a phone interview. My phone interview was with only one person, and lasted about 30 minutes. I was told that I would hear back in 2-3 days. After two days, I got another email invitation to schedule a personal interview. There was only one personal interview. I got their response three days after the interview
