The first stage of the process comprised a traditional online application form. The second was a two part online test (verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning). On passing these a telephone interview was conducted. Despite what I have read on elsewhere online the interviewer was very pleasant and clearly audible. The questions were standard competency based ones.

Participated in group exercises. A problem was set and we had to navigate between potential solutions and try to convince the others that your solution is the right one.

After I submitted my resume on the company website, I got an email invitation to schedule a phone interview.
My phone interview was with only one person, and lasted about 30 minutes. I was told that I would hear back in 2-3 days.
After two days, I got another email invitation to schedule a personal interview. There was only one personal interview. I got their response three days after the interview
