Three interviews:
1) With HR, asking more general questions about why this role and if you are willing to move.
2) With the team manager and a member of the team, you give a 10 minute presentation and they ask you questions more specific to the science and your experience. They also ask more general questions e.g. a strength and a weakness.
3) With the department head, asking behavioural interview questions and about which particular AstraZeneca values speak to you, times where you took intitiative.

After the recruiter approach, they gave the final round interview directly, lasting four hours. Two of them are technical, and one of them is behaviour. Please make sure you have prepared a story for each of their core values

First round: virtual interview, you get 2 questions and you need to record your answers and submit. Feels impersonal.
Final round: values interview with the team leads, followed by technical interview (short presentation, standard questions). Meet the team session was nice.
