It was really straightforward, clear steps and following the process. Focus on the values of the company with clear examples of what you have accomplished in the past. I think the HR Business Partner was very professional and following up on a weekly basis.

Interview application was through a recruitment agency. First interview with Senior Solutions Architect for an hour. After 2 weeks, recruitment agency informed decision on the interview. Interview questions are wide and surface-level.

Got an interview with the hiring manager after like 2 months of sending my resume and then I was ghosted, literally no contact even considering that the recruiter that first contacted me left the company so I had no way to contact them and then the job got reposted. Finally decided to contact them through their HR line and the "feedback" that I got was them gaslighting me that I misunderstood what was happening (cause they were having internal issues, but I was never informed of this)

3 interview rounds, it was a straight forward process. screening call with the recruiter then values based interview and technical interview. took quite a bit as the recruiters aren’t responsive
